Our personal touch: we prepare our olives (up to 2 desalination baths) before rinsing them and plunging them into our previously prepared seasoning.
Composition: in our mixture "good of us" there are ...... olives (surprising is not it?) Picholine type, purple and black, yellow peppers and red vinegars, vegetables with vinegar (variant) herbs of Provence and rapeseed oil.
There is no and especially no aroma (we know you have palate) and palm oil (although we like to swim faster).
